H.RUN Terms of Service

Welcome to H.RUN (“H.RUN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a service that provides shortened links (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service available at https://h.run (the “Site”). By accessing or using H.RUN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). H.RUN allows users to create shortened URLs (“Short Links”) that redirect to external, third-party destinations. We provide tools and analytics for the Short Links. We do not host or store the content to which the Short Links redirect.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher) to use H.RUN. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
Account Creation: Certain features of the Service may require you to register for an account (“Account”). When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities (e.g., phishing, spreading disinformation).
Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Engage in spamming, bulk messaging, or unauthorized advertising.
Circumvent or disable any security measures or access the Service by automated or non-human means (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our prior written permission.
Content Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are responsible for any content you link to using the Service. H.RUN is not responsible for any external content or its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.
6. License and Intellectual Property
H.RUN Intellectual Property: All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software related to the Service are the exclusive property of H.RUN or its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written permission.
User Content: By creating Short Links, you grant H.RUN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, and display the Short Link as necessary to operate and maintain the Service.

8. Third-Party Links
The Short Links you create using the Service may lead to third-party websites or content. Survival: Upon termination of your Account, certain provisions of these Terms will survive, including but not limited to disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.

Any legal actions arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in England & Wales, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Site with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
